Andrea Hunter, CPA, CFF, CFE, MSc
Ms. Hunter has +10 years of experience in public practice and industry. She earned her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) practical experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte LLP. During her time with PwC, she applied her skills to win a national firm competition for original innovation in audit. She then joined Deloitte LLP where she managed the Advisory Data Analytics platform for Deloitte's BC audit teams. While with Deloitte LLP, she was able to apply her advanced data modelling skills that she acquired from her previous career in professional sciences. Her propensity to decipher patterns in data and conduct large scale analyses could be applied to financial data to support internal audit teams and provide business clients with actionable insights. To further develop her skills, she decided to enter industry where she was able to provide financial oversight and support operations of international manufacturing companies. AMJ Hunter CPA Ltd. was formed to serve a wider range of clients with more diverse needs.
