The Client Portal is integrated with DocuSign® to allow clients to provide quick and easy digital signatures. DocuSign® is the world leader in Electronic Signatures. From an email notification, clients are guided through the signing process by following simple instructions.
Electronic signatures (or eSignatures) have been recognized by law in Canada since 1999, with the passage of the Uniform Electronic Commerce Act. Canada has a history of being an open, business-friendly, eSignature technology-neutral environment.
Clients can now sign authorized tax forms (such as T183, T183 CORP, TP-1000, CO-1000, T1135, and T1013), engagement letters, or other types of documents with their access to the Client Portal.
